Renovo Warranty

Renovo offers a 5 year warranty on all frames built at Pure Timber in Gig Harbor (2020 models and later). This covers any frame damage that results from normal use. Damage from accidents or crashes is not covered, but you can return your Renovo frame for accident repair as well, even if it is a pre-2020 model. If you wish, you can extend your warranty to 10 years by purchasing additional warranty protection for $495, at time of original purchase. Warranty work is covered for repair and/or replacement of the frame, up to the value of the frame. Shipping to Pure Timber is covered by the customer. We will pay to ship your bike or frame back to you (in the lower 48 US states). Should you wish to do so, you can trade in a damaged frame for a new frame, even if the damage is from a crash or accident. We offer this so that we can evaluate the performance of hard ridden frames out in the wild. The value of the frame will need to be accessed in house or estimated from your pictures.
